Möödunud nädalavahetusel, 26. ja 27. juulil, kogunesid üle 120 Kurbadsi töötaja ja nende pered kauni Irbe jõe äärde Kurzeme piirkonnas, mille keskosa on tugevalt käänuline, paljude jõesoppide ja imeliste saartega, et osaleda ettevõtte iga-aastasel - sel aastal juba 18. paadiretkel.

See traditsioon on muutunud ettevõtte kalendris üheks kõige olulisemaks ja oodatumaks meeskonnatöö ürituseks, kus töötajad ajutiselt kõrvale jätavad tööülesanded, laadivad oma energiat ja tugevdavad ühtekuuluvustunnet. Sel aastal osalesid reisil ja spordimängudel mitte ainult Kurbads ja Ko meeskond, vaid ka Kurbads Detailing, HS Kurbads, Kurbads Jäähall ja Lantes Mõisa meeskonnad koos peredega, luues erilise atmosfääri, mis on täidetud sõbralikkuse ja vastastikuse usaldusega - väärtused, mis tugevdavad ettevõtte kultuuri ja töötajate lojaalsust.

Reisi korraldusliku külje viis ellu professionaalne "DABA LABA" instruktorite meeskond Reinis Pižiksi juhtimisel. Suur tänu neile entusiasmi ja põhjaliku töö eest!

Kuigi Irbe on enamasti rahulik ja maaliline jõgi, sisaldas selle aasta marsruut ka keerulisi lõike, kus saime kogeda selle põnevaid, keerlevaid kärestikke. 15-kilomeetrise teekonna läbis mitu tosinat süsta, kanuud ja SUP-lauda, kus kohtasime aeg-ajalt teisi veeturiste, sealhulgas välismaalt - jõgi kajas Kurbadie sõbralike tervitustega - "Tere!", "Guten Tag!", "Tere!" ja "Labas!", kus lahkus ja huumor käisid käsikäes aerutamise rütmiga.

Aastane jõe koristus on muutunud lahutamatuks traditsiooniks. Kuigi Irbe on suhteliselt puhas, kogusid Kurbads süstasõitjate teravad silmad sel aastal mitu kotti plast- ja klaaspudeleid, sassis kalapüügiliine ja isegi ammu kadunud krokse - see on meie meeskonna suhtumine Läti loodusesse, kutsudes teisi hoolitsema ja säilitama seda meie eeskuju kaudu. Eriauhindu ei unustatud, need anti Janale ja tema tütrele Lantes mõisast ning Toma Hartmaņa - meie logistikajuhi - perekonna esindajatele nende entusiasmiga koristustöös.

4x4 džiibisõit läbi Ance kihelkonna metsade ja soode.

Teekond paadireisi lõpp-punktist laagriplatsile sel aastal ei olnud tavaline - Reinis oli taganud mitte ainult täpse logistika, vaid ka erilise seikluse: põneva 4x4 jeepisõidu läbi Ance kihelkonna metsade ja soode, mis võimaldas osalejatel näha Kuramaad täiesti erinevast vaatenurgast, sukeldudes tõelise ekspeditsiooni meeleollu. Reinis juhtis kolonni mitte ainult turvaliselt, vaid lõbustas kõiki ka oma laitmatu huumorimeelega - iga kurv või mudalomp muutus võimaluseks naljaks Reinis'i stiilis: "Isegi karud käivad siin kummikutega ringi," või "Kui kuulete möirgamist, ei ole see alati mootorid." Reinis Pižiks on Kuramaa kohalik, kes kasvas üles väikeses külas - Ances, õpingute ajal läks ta Riiga, lõpetas Panga Instituudi ja alustas karjääri finantssektoris. Kuid aja jooksul kutsusid metsad, jõgi ja Ance avarused teda üha tugevamalt tagasi.

Pärast aktiivset sõudepäeva asusid osalejad "DABA LABA" baasis - ühes vähim asustatud kohas Lätis, mida ümbritsevad suured metsad, selged jõed ja metsajärved. Rahulik keskkond aitas meil tasakaalu taastada ja energiat koguda.

Juba baasist, nagu seened pärast vihma, kerkis telklinnak ja peagi lõkke kohal kees traditsiooniline, kodune supp - toitev, aromaatne, ainulaadse maitsega, mis loodud vabas õhus. Soe eine kogus kõik ühe laua taha, võimaldades jagada päeva muljeid ja laadida energiat õhtu jätkuks.

Õhtu tipphetk oli muusikaline üllatus - džässbänd "Agency." Viis noort ja andekat muusikut - Eva Beatrise (saksofon), Roberts (trummid), Dominiks (trompet), Raivo (klahvpillid) ja Kurts (bass) - lõid vaba ja elavat muusikat, mis segas džässi, fusioni ja kaasaegseid rütme. Muusikalised sõbrad liitusid bändiga, muutes esinemise veelgi elavamaks ja unustamatuks, loomulikult mitte ilma tantsuta. Suur tänu Paula Pikānele täpse muusikavaliku eest - just see, mida selleks õhtuks vaja oli!

Teise päeva peamine sündmus oli spordimängud!

Hommik laagris algas varakult. Esimeste päikesekiirtega käis tegevus juba vilkalt lõkke ümber - päeva alustas fotograaf Renārs Kārkliņš, jäädvustades looduse rahu ja matka osalejate esimesi naeratusi. Lantes mõisa meeskond oli valmistanud maitsva hommikusöögi - pannkookide lõhn ja värskelt valmistatud kohvi aroom täitsid hommikust õhku, kutsudes kõiki uut päeva energiliselt ja hea tujuga alustama.

Teise päeva peamine sündmus olid spordimängud. Nagu tavaliselt, jagati osalejad kuueks meeskonnaks, igaühele määrati oma värv - burgundipunane, kollane, heleroheline, türkiissinine, sinine ja hall. Kõiki spordimängude osalejaid ühendas ühine T-särgi disain, mis sümboolselt kujutas RT-32 Irbene raadioteleskoopi selle keskmes – ühte tehnoloogiliselt muljetavaldavamat ja teaduslikult olulisemat objekti Lätis tol ajal. Seda teleskoopi kasutatakse ka ekstragalaktiliste objektide jälgimiseks ning selle visuaalne motiiv, mille tõlgendas kunstnik Alfreds Paulauskas, toimis meeskonnavaimu metafoorina - võime tajuda, kuulata ja koostööd teha. T-särgi värvid andsid meeskondadele nende identiteedi, samas kui ühtne disain tekitas matka osalejatele kuuluvustunde kogu sündmuse suhtes.

Kolleegid võistlesid vibulaskmises, viktoriinis "Kurbadsi" väärtuste ja ajaloo kohta, osavuse ja loogika ülesannetes, kus aktiivselt osalesid lapsed ja pered, sealhulgas veeteatejooksus ja teistes kaasahaaravates distsipliinides. Seekord läksid võiduloorberid Bordeaux värvi meeskonnale, kelle liikmed said "Grand Prix" - kutse Haralds Sīmanisele pühendatud mälestuskontserdile, mis toimub 6. septembril Lante mõisas, Ropažu vallas.

Aastane jõe koristus on muutunud lahutamatuks traditsiooniks. Kuigi Irbe on suhteliselt puhas, kogusid sel aastal Kurbadsi süstasõitjate hoolikad silmad mitmeid kotte plast- ja klaaspudeleid, sassis kalapüügiliine ja isegi ammu kadunud krokse.

Paadisõit ja imeline sündmus kinnitasid taas, et Kurbadsi tugevus peitub tema inimestes - professionaalides, kes töötavad iga päev vastutustundlikult ja kirglikult, kuid väljaspool tööaega oskavad olla koos, jagada rõõmu, teha koostööd ning lihtsalt nautida elu põnevaid hetki. Me ei ole lihtsalt transpordi- ja logistikafirma; oleme elav, sõbralik ja ühtne meeskond, kes on ehitanud oma edulugu üle kahe aastakümne vastastikuse austuse, usalduse ja jagatud kogemuste alusel. Me tunneme seda eriti, kui ootame Kurbadsi 30. aastapäeva, mil sellised traditsioonid omandavad veelgi sügavama tähenduse.

1. Introduction

SIA “KURBADS UN KO” (hereinafter – the Controller), through the website www.kurbads.lv (hereinafter – the Website), processes personal data obtained from the data subject – the Website user (hereinafter – the User).
The Controller respects the User’s privacy and personal data protection, observing the User’s rights to lawful processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the Regulation), and other applicable legal acts in the field of privacy and data processing.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

If the User provides their personal data to the Controller by phone, via Website contact forms, by e-mail or postal mail, we store and use this information to fulfil or conclude a relevant service contract, including: customer identification; contract preparation and conclusion; provision of services (fulfilment of contractual obligations); customer service; handling and processing complaints; enhancing customer loyalty; administration of payments and settlements; debt recovery and collection; proof of facts; website maintenance and improvement; business planning and analytics; planning and record-keeping. We also process such data for providing information to public authorities and operational entities in cases and to the extent specified in external regulatory enactments.

Data is disclosed to those Controller’s employees who require it to perform their direct duties in order to fulfil or conclude a relevant service contract.
When obtaining and using personal data, we partially use the services of external service providers who, under contract, strictly follow our instructions and whom we check both before using their services and continuously thereafter.

Categories of data subjects: current, former, and potential clients of the Controller, as well as other persons who express a desire to contact the Controller.

7. Transfer of data outside Latvia

The received data is not intended to be transferred outside Latvia, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, nor will it be transferred to any international organisation. However, given that the Website is linked to Google and Facebook services, the Controller cannot guarantee that these companies will not transfer data outside the EU or EEA.

8. Data retention period

We process and store the User’s personal data for as long as either party has a legal obligation to retain the data.
After the specified circumstances end, and unless otherwise stated in the data protection provisions, we delete personal data no later than three months after the original reason for data retention no longer applies, except where we have a legal obligation to continue storing the data (for example, but not limited to, for accounting or litigation purposes).

9. Data subject’s access to personal data

The data subject has the right to access their personal data within one month from the date of submitting a relevant request.
The User may submit a request to exercise their rights in writing in person at the Controller’s legal address (presenting an identity document), by post, or by e-mail signed with a secure electronic signature.
Upon receiving the User’s request to exercise their rights, the Controller will verify the User’s identity, review the request, and fulfil it in accordance with legal requirements.
The User has the right to receive the information specified in legal acts regarding their data processing, to request access to their personal data, as well as to request the Controller to supplement, correct, or delete such data, to restrict processing, or to object to processing, insofar as these rights do not conflict with the purpose of the processing (contract conclusion or fulfilment).
The data subject is not entitled to receive information if its disclosure is prohibited by law in the interests of national security, defense, public safety, criminal law, or to protect the State’s financial interests in tax matters or for financial market supervision and macroeconomic analysis.

10. Cookie processing

The Website collects data about its visitors to allow the Website operator to assess the usefulness of the Website and how it could be improved.
