Kurbads Team Joins the Great Cleanup Day at Lante Manor
On Saturday, April 27, the Great Cleanup Day took place all across Latvia - a day when people come together to make their land cleaner and more beautiful. The Kurbads team and their families also joined in, heading to Lante Manor to contribute to a shared goal - to care for nature, preserve historical heritage, and strengthen the community.
Representatives from all company departments - logistics, HR, finance, marketing, service, and others - actively participated in the cleanup. From early morning, diligent hands were at work collecting litter, clearing walking trails, tending the young forest, and cleaning the surroundings of the Jugla River. Lante Manor became greener, cleaner, and even more welcoming with every cleared corner.
The purpose of the Great Cleanup is not only to tidy up the environment but also to remind ourselves and future generations how beautiful and rich in forests and meadows our country is. It is a chance to teach children and young people that our land must be cherished every day so that we will no longer need cleanups to collect waste in the future. Still, instead, we can dedicate our efforts to enhancing and enriching our environment.

After a job well done, it was time for well-deserved relaxation. Līga and colleagues from the musical group Brička created a heartfelt and lively atmosphere with their music. It is worth noting that the first Great Cleanup took place on September 13, 2008, in honor of Latvia's 90th anniversary. Cleanup days have become a beautiful tradition - celebrating the joy of working together and relaxing in a clean, well-tended environment. This day once again proved that when we work together, we can achieve great things - both within our company and for the good of society.
